Check-in, rooms and meals info

This year, instead of pre-registering via PayPal, it will be done through a single payment to the hotel's bank account. This way you can book hotel nights and menus as you wish, all in the same transaction. Of course, eating at the hotel is not mandatory, but it is recommended to ensure the smooth running of the event.

By depositing the amount for the Saturday and Sunday menus, you will be registered for the tournaments on those days, which will have a maximum capacity of 102 players, a capacity that we may reach.

This year's Sunday dinner will be held at the hotel, to ensure a table even if the main event ends late, and to provide maximum comfort for people as they prepare for a night of partying in the city.

If anyone wants to eat on their own during tournament days, they should inform the organization to find alternative ways to pre-register and secure a place at each event.

Both the lunches on tournament day and the Sunday dinner cost €25, and consist of the following dishes (for allergies and intolerances, please inform the hotel). Water, first drink, and coffee included.

Saturday 10:

• Fried potatoes with garlic sauce

• Soria-style crispy pork belly

• Iberian pork tenderloin with mustard seed sauce

• Sponge cake with ice cream and chocolate

Sunday 11:

• Runny eggs over fries

• Andalusian-style fried squid

• Braised iberian pork cheeks in red wine

• Waffle and ice cream

Sunday dinner:

• Ham and crystal bread with tomatoe

• Cheese board with nuts and crackers

• Burger and fries

• Cheesecake

To book your room, we have a special price for room + breakfast, which we will serve in the lobby, in front of the main hall where the event is held. This does NOT include the hotel's breakfast buffet; it is a special breakfast prepared just for the event participants (a buffet of typical sweet and savory pastries from Castellón, coffee, milks, juices, and teas). If you come with your family, of course you can come down and have breakfast with us!

Prices per night, including our breakfast:

Single room: 75€

Double room: 85€

Triple room: 117€

Parking cannot be reserved and is subject to availability, €16 per night.

Put your name in the concept. Once you have the proof of payment, attach it to an email to eloy.abadia@intelier.com explaining all you paid. Example:

I'm Peter Petrelli, with passport number 12345678. I have attached proof of payment Lords of Mediterrani weekend, for a double room with check-in on 10/10/26 and check-out on 12/10/26, including 2 lunches and 1 dinner. I have no allergies or intolerances.

The players from Castellón will also have to register in this way, paying for their respective meals, as well as players who already share a room with someone. Example:

I'm Zinedine Zidane, with dni numer 987654321Z. I have attached proof of payment Lords of Mediterrani Weekend, the two lunches, saturday and sunday. 

And with this you are registered and your seat is guaranted.

Remember that payment for events will be made there on the day of the tournament, at the stipulated time, and that the only available payment method will be cash.
